About me

I was born and grew up in Winterthur. Later I moved to the countryside in the beautiful Zurich Oberland. Today I live in Neschwil, a small hamlet in the municipality of Weisslingen. Here I have nature right outside my house. I really enjoy being able to observe and photograph birds and other wild animals such as deer, badgers and hedgehogs right from my garden.

 

I am responsible for bird protection in the local ornithological association. Among other things, I accompany my team of nest box supervisors. I organize excursions and am increasingly involved in training and supporting people interested in nature.

 

In spring 2024 I completed my training as a ornithologist at Birdlife Switzerland.
